Earlier, some volunteers corresponded with the owners of the Facebook group [Friends of Tan Kin Lian].

Hi TKLfriends,
I've visited the Group, thanks.
But if I may, I would like to suggest a change in your Group profile picture? I have a friend that supports mr tan and has been contributing his art work. This is what he suggests for your Group:
His rationale is that it is important to show that mr tan is with other people, and not like a solo hero. Here, he is shown with his friends, people that he has been helping. I wasn't too sure about the tagline "let us unite as one", sounds cheesy. Let me know if you want to remove that line, I will ask him to do it. I think "Friends" alone is fine and self-explanatory.

The volunteers have set up a Group of "Friends of Tan Kin Lian" on the facebook to support Mr Tan Kin Lian's bid for a public office, either as Elected President or Member of Parliament in Singapore.
It can serve as a grassroot support for his election, should he chooses to run for a public office in future.
